2. Filing a notice
Send our agent a written notice that includes:

Most content that passes through Toolports lives in your own connected accounts (such as QuickBooks or Jobber). We can only act on material we host.
3. Counter-notice
If we removed your material and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where Toolports may be found) and to accept service from the person who filed the notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant tells us it has filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
