1. You answer for your agents
Everything an agent does with your key counts as your use. Configure permissions so your agents can only do what you would allow a careful employee to do. See the AI agent disclaimer.
2. Prohibited uses
You will not, and will not let your agents or anyone else:
- Break any law or anyone’s rights, or process data you have no right to process
- Commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions or export-control violations, tax evasion, unlawful payments, or falsifying books and records
- Access a company, account or file you are not authorized to manage
- Scrape, bulk-export or harvest data except as the Connected Service allows and for your own business
- Resell, sublicense, white-label or offer the service to others without our written agreement
- Build a competing product or publish benchmarks without our consent
- Reverse engineer, probe, overload or get around write gates, allowlists, confirm steps, trial limits, rate limits or sign-in
- Create multiple accounts or connections to avoid trial limits or fees
- Use the service in a way that breaks Intuit’s, Jobber’s or another Connected Service’s developer terms, API limits or app policies
- Share keys publicly, including in public repos, screenshots, prompts shared with others, or query strings
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or send email to your customers except through supported, confirmed operations
- Upload or transmit malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful
- Upload health, biometric or government ID data that you do not need for your books
- Claim that Toolports audited, certified or approved your records
- Use the service where its failure could cause death, injury or severe environmental damage
3. Security research
Report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@toolports.com. Do not access data that is not yours, degrade the service, or test against other customers.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, and we may limit, pause or disable a key, connection or account to protect the service, other customers or a Connected Service, as described in the Terms. Where practical, we will tell you first.
