QuickBooks Online port

Let your agent work the books — without a local MCP process.

Hosted Streamable HTTP at https://qbo.toolports.com/mcp. This page is the product; /mcp is what Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok call.

Capabilities

What the QBO port can do

Tools map to QuickBooks Online Accounting. Your agent asks; the port calls Intuit on your connected company.

See the company

Whoami, company profile, chart of accounts, vendors, and master data — live from QBO, not a spreadsheet dump.

AP intake

Search and get bills, attach PDFs from a document inbox, create or sparse-update bills when writes are allowed.

AR and cash

Invoices, receive payment, sales receipts, credit memos, estimates, deposits, and refunds — all gated.

Books and close

Reports and named report packs, journal entries, transfers, void, bank-feed inbox, and month-end close checklists.

Documents and memory

Upload source PDFs, review tasks, and company memory so the agent stops re-asking the same policy questions.

Safety first

Reads by default. Writes off until you flip them. High-risk ops need a confirm token. Per-company API keys, not a shared secret.

How it works

Account, connect, point the agent.

  1. 1. Create a Toolports account Magic-link login. One org, one QBO company on early access.
  2. 2. Connect QuickBooks Online Hosted Intuit OAuth from the dashboard. Tokens stay on the port host, not in the agent.
  3. 3. Paste https://qbo.toolports.com/mcp Plus your API key. Isolation is the key, not a custom hostname.

Early access

Run QBO from the agents you already use.

$29/mo per connected org after a 14-day trial. Join the list; we invite when a seat is open.

Simple monthly per connected org — early access pricing. No spam, no usage-metered surprise. By joining you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms.
